The Daily Mail reports that ISIS priest attacker, Abdelmalik Petitjean, had been working full-time at the Chambery Airport in France for three months prior to his attack. He reportedly passed police checks “easily” to secure his job– despite being on terror watch lists.
A police investigation reveals that the 19 year-olds Abdelmalik Petitjean and Adel Kermiche were both on terrorist watch lists before they slit the throat of Father Jacques Hamel in Normandy, France.
The report also uncovered that Petitjean recorded himself on a computer in a room of his home to communicate a message to President Francois Hollande and Prime Minister Manuel Valls. He speaks in French and Arabic, stating:
“You will suffer what our brothers and sisters are suffering. We are going to destroy your country.
“Brothers go out with a knife, whatever is needed, attack them, kill them en masse.”
His video is similar to a recently released video by ISIS, which calls on teenagers to “destroy” France and attack French allies.
