These are possibly the two most important minutes everyone must hear about America’s government (or lack there of) to illustrate who is and is not running America’s government. It certainly isn’t Congress.
Charles McCullough, the Intelligence Community Inspector General, tells Congressman Jason Chaffetz that no one in the U.S. Congress has the security clearance or authority to view Hillary Clinton’s emails without being given permission by an agency that McCullough cannot name in a public forum.
