[WARNING: Graphic] Germany’s ‘Sex Guide’ for #Rapefugees [VIDEO]

The German government’s response to Islamic migrants committing numerous violent acts of sexual assaults against German women and girls, was to create a video and Internet guide to teach Muslim men about consensual sex.

In response to its rape epidemic, known on social media as Europe’s #rapefugee crisis, the German Federal Center for Health Education released a “Sexual Education” guide. Zanzu.de/en/ (English version) is available in twelve languages, which the government hopes will teach migrants “how to have consensual sex with Western women.”

This is not a joke.

Rather than prosecute and deport criminal offenders, German officials decided to teach migrants about “normal” sex, hoping it would stop them from raping German women and girls.

“Zanzu: My Body in words and images” provides graphic images of sexual positions and body parts. This taxpayer-funded website features sections dedicated to:

  • “sexual pleasure,”
  • “pornography,”
  • “how to pleasure women,”
  • the anatomy of women’s bodies, sex organs, and sexual positions,
  • methods of contraception,
  • “how to treat a virgin,”
  • how to hire prostitutes legally, and
  • pregnancy advice, including potential monetary benefits to having children on German soil.

Germany’s public information campaign also provides “general guidelines of conduct,” like explaining why rape, female genital mutilation, and honor killings are illegal.

The video is narrated in German with English subtitles.

Perhaps most offensive, beyond insulting German women and girls by this ridiculous campaign, is Germany’s ongoing attempt to refuse to hold the criminals responsible.

This “sex education” campaign follows German mayor Henriette Reker’s reaction to the large number of sexual assaults that occurred in Cologne on New Year’s Eve, 2015. The victims– the women– were told to change their behavior– not the roughly 1,000 assailants.

The Code of Conduct for German women includes:

  • Stay ‘an arm’s length’ from strangers for your own safety.
  • “There’s always the possibility of keeping a certain distance of more than an arm’s length — that is to say to make sure yourself you don’t look to be too close to people who are not known to you, and to whom you don’t have a trusting relationship.”
  • “Stick together in groups.”
  • “Don’t get split up, even if you’re in a party mood.”
  • “Women would also be smart not to go and embrace everyone that you meet and who seems to be nice. Such offers could be misunderstood, and that is something every woman and every girl should protect herself from.”
  • In case of emergency, ask bystanders for help, and ask witnesses, who should intervene or inform police.

The German government’s response promotes a culture that normalizes gender violence, which ranges from sexism to blaming the victim for her abuser’s crime. Such “public education” outreach reinforces stigmas associated with “Battered Wife Syndrome.”

Instead, German officials should arrest and deport these criminal offenders.

By making excuses for these sexual predators, Germany is enabling, permitting—even ensuring—that hate crimes and violence against its own people will increasingly occur and victims’ voices will remain silent.
