The Sicilian Mafia, Cosa Nostra, has declared war on African Islamist migrants who are committing widespread crime throughout Sicily.
According to the UK Daily Mail, non-Syrian and non-refugee Islamist migrants from Africa are creating untold violence in Sicily, so much so that the Italian mafia has had enough.
In January, February, and March, immigrants poured into Sicily by a record increase of 90 percent. The “migrant crisis” has created an unsustainable situation where the migrants exceed Italy’s ability to manage them.
Palermo’s Mayor, Leoluca Orlando, says, “Palermo is no longer an Italian town. It is no longer European. You can walk in the city and feel like you’re in Istanbul or Beirut.”
He also told The Mail, “Palermo is a Middle Eastern town in Europe. It is a mosaic city and we are happy about that.”
But the Mafia isn’t happy at all. Neither are Sicilians, who are forced to take the law into their own hands when the police won’t respond to rampant African gang violence. Responding to the increased violence and after a recent shooting, a former Italian social worker said:
This is their culture. It is the beginning of a war between the Mafia and the migrants. It is going to get worse. I am scared. There will be more migrants, more friction, more attacks. This was the first shooting, but it won’t be the last.”
Yet, no Italian officials are addressing the “migrant crisis” in Africa. Is there a migrant crisis in Africa? If so, why aren’t these Islamists migrating to Islamic countries?
Do Italians understand that Syria is not located on the continent of Africa? If these migrants and/or refugees are not from Syria, why are they arriving in boatloads in Sicily? More importantly, why is the Italian government not sending them back to whichever country they came from– that is supposedly having a “migrant crisis?”
